These terms govern the supply of PVC vinyl and related material by InfinityX to its trade customers. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Trade-only supply
InfinityX sells to businesses and professional installers working in vehicle wraps, signage, events and commercial applications. We do not sell to individual end consumers. InfinityX supplies material only: we do not undertake installation work ourselves and we do not compete with the installers and businesses we supply.
Quotes and orders
Enquiries submitted through our website or directly to our team are used to prepare a quote. Quotes are valid for a limited period, after which pricing and availability may need to be reconfirmed. An order is only confirmed once agreed in writing between you and InfinityX, covering product, quantity, pricing and freight.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable Canadian taxes are added to your order in addition to the quoted product price. Payment terms, including accepted methods and any account terms, are arranged with your InfinityX contact as part of setting up or confirming your order.
Title and risk
Risk in the material passes to the customer on delivery, or on collection where an order is picked up from our Brampton warehouse. Title to the material passes once payment has been received in full.
Product specifications and batch variation
Colour and finish can vary slightly between production batches, as is normal for PVC vinyl and film products. For any job requiring a consistent appearance across the full application, order sufficient material for the entire job from a single batch, and check a sample against your substrate before proceeding with full application.
Suitability for your application
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the material selected is suitable for their intended substrate, surface and application before use. Our team is available to advise, but the final decision on product selection and suitability for a specific job rests with the customer.
Limitation of liability
InfinityX’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the material supplied under that order. We are not liable for installation labour, the cost of removing or reapplying material, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Intellectual property
All content on the InfinityX website, including product images, descriptions, branding and text, is the property of InfinityX or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
