InfinityX ships PVC vinyl and related material to trade customers across Canada from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario. This page explains how delivery works once an order has been confirmed.
How ordering works
The InfinityX website is a catalogue for browsing our Performance Series, Luxury Series, Protection Series and Foam Board ranges. When you submit an enquiry, our team confirms product availability and arranges the order, freight and payment with you directly.
Freight and delivery across Canada
Freight is quoted per order at the time of enquiry. Rates depend on roll size, weight and destination, so we calculate the cost for your specific order rather than applying a flat rate. Our team will confirm the freight cost as part of your quote before the order is finalised.
Local pickup
Customers in and around the Greater Toronto Area can arrange to collect orders directly from our Brampton unit. Contact our team to arrange a pickup time before you arrive.
Stock held in Canada
We hold stock locally at our Brampton warehouse. Orders for in-stock lines are fulfilled from Canadian inventory, so there are no cross-border customs delays to plan around for material we already hold.
Dispatch notification
Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, our team will let you know it is on its way. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as site access requirements or a specific delivery contact, let us know when you place your order so we can pass these on to the carrier.
Packaging
Rolls are packed to withstand normal handling in transit. Larger orders and multiple rolls may be palletised depending on quantity and destination. If your delivery location has restricted access, limited loading dock facilities, or requires a tailgate delivery, let us know at the time of your enquiry so we can arrange this with the carrier in advance.
Receiving your order
Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If a delivery arrives damaged, short, or otherwise not as expected, note this on the delivery paperwork at the time of receipt if possible and contact our team promptly with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damage or shortage. This allows us to resolve the issue and, where necessary, raise it with the carrier on your behalf.
