InfinityX supplies PVC vinyl and related material to trade accounts only: professional installers and businesses working in vehicle wraps, signage, events and commercial applications. This policy sets out how returns are handled for orders placed with us.
Who can return goods
Returns can only be arranged by the account holder who placed the order, or an authorised representative of that business. We do not sell to individual end consumers, so this policy applies to trade customers with an active InfinityX account.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Condition of returned material
To be eligible for a return, material must be:
Uncut and unopened, in its original roll or packaging
Free of damage, marks or signs of use
Complete with original labels and batch information intact
The following cannot be returned:
Cut lengths or partially used rolls
Opened rolls, even if unused
Custom-order or special-order material ordered to a customer’s specification
How to start a return
Contact our team by phone or email before sending anything back. Please have your order number and delivery date ready so we can confirm eligibility. Material returned without prior authorisation from InfinityX will not be accepted or refunded.
Return freight
Once a return is authorised, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight back to our Brampton warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as InfinityX is not responsible for material lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned material and confirmed it meets the conditions above, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
Damaged or defective goods
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If material arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue and the packaging it arrived in. We will assess the report and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate. Reporting damage quickly helps us resolve it faster and, where relevant, supports any claim with the freight carrier.
